Nina first developed an interest in health, fitness and nutrition
23 years ago whilst living in California. She later went on to
study Nutrition at Geneva University, before starting a Catering
company specialising in serving healthy lunches to local businesses
and International Organisations.
Nina returned to the UK in 1995 where she underwent training in
Massage and Aromatherapy. Her interest in Yoga, Eastern Philosophy
and Medicine led her to Northern Thailand in 2001 where she began
her study of Thai Massage, returning in 2007 to Qualify in Traditional
Thai Massage at the Wat Po Medical School in Bangkok. She continues
to deepen her knowledge by attending advanced practitioner courses
in London and Brighton.
During the summer of 2009 Nina developed the idea of creating
the Yoga Garden to provide a beautiful space to practise Yoga
close to nature and to provide her clients with a tranquil environment
for improving their health and bringing their bodies back into
shape and balance.
